5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.

6. Initiation of Return

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.

7. Refund Limitations

Refunds are valid only once per product, per household. Customers cannot request a refund for the same product twice.

8. Returns Limitation

Customers are allowed a maximum of 2 returns and refunds per calendar year, including both the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and regular returns.

In the event of a refund, all member points received for the purchase of the refunded goods will be removed from your account.
